The Urdd Eisteddfod ar co-working with OPRA Cymru on a tour of the opera 'Così Fan Tutte' by Mozart!

 

The opera needs a choir of 8-12 young singers between 16-25 years old, with an exciting opportunity for the individuals to develop their careers as well as the following –

  • Being a part of the choir in a proffesional operatic production of 'Così Fan Tutte', with 8 performances all over Wales
  • A training session with Iwan Teifion Davies (Opra Cymru’s Music Director) and Eirian Owen (Opra Cymru’s Répétiteur)
  • A masterclass with Leah Marian Jones and Rhys Jenkins
  • A Q&A session with the Così Fan Tutte cast

The cast and choir will practice on Saturday the 22nd & 29th of April and the 6th, 8th, 9th (night), 10th (night) and 12th of May in Pontio, Bangor. Here’s a list of the tour’s performances as a whole –
