Cardiff Residential Centre is located in Cardiff Bay, under the roof of the Wales Millennium Centre and directly opposite the Senedd.

With public transport to the city centre and a convenient connection to the M4, the 4* accommodation is an ideal and unique location for holding a variety of events.

Facilities

The Hall

The hall is a multi-purpose room suitable for all types of events, such as business conferences, training seminars, filming, to orchestra and choir rehearsals. In theatre form, up to 153 people can be seated. Theatre lighting, a sound system, and a digital projector are available.

Studio

The Hall can be used as a studio. The Hall has direct access to the loading dock outside. It also has features such as conduits to facilitate cable access from the loading dock and from the gallery.

Meeting Rooms

There is a choice of several smaller rooms. The meeting room holds up to 14 people. We have two classrooms that hold around 20 individuals each, which can be opened up to create one large room that holds 40. All of our rooms are Teams-ready, with cameras, ceiling microphones, and interactive screens.

Accommodation

Our multi-bedrooms are perfect for conferences and corporate training courses, and we can discuss suitable accommodation packages to meet your requirements. Up to 153 people can stay on a residential course, and our meeting facilities suit these facilities perfectly.

Catering

The Centre can offer a wide choice of refreshments, whether that’s a cup of tea and a biscuit or a three-course meal.

The Centre can cater for any food, dietary or religious needs, and all these requirements can be discussed with
us. If you are using our facilities for a meeting, we can provide refreshments for any size event.
