Hi I am Deryn and I am 16 years old, I am a student at Merthyr college and formerly Penydre High (a pioneering English medium High School for bilingualism in Wales under the tutorship of Mr Mark Morgan)

I am a #FelMerch Ambassador as well as an Ambassador for The YST sports Wales and The Diana Awards.

I am a recipient of the Diana Awards and a panellist on the judging panel. I am also a recipient of the High Sheriffs Mid-glam Award and Sports Wales Emerging Athlete Award for my sport of Judo.

I am the current Commonwealth 2019 judo Champion (which is the most current due to covid) in the -57kgs visual impaired Senior section.

My Poem "My Team Wales Commonwealth Games" was a winning entry for  Commonwealth Day and I also feature in the 2022 Commonwealth Team Wales video Campaign.

I hold various other title and I have filmed for S4C CIC BOOM Cymru and sports Wales.

I enjoy indoor rock climbing. Raising money and gifts for charitable causes. Volunteering with the Urdd (of which I have been a member since the age of 4) As well as competing in the Eisteddfods. And I also volunteer at college and Rock Summit UK.
