Feedback:

"We found the staff team to be friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. Both of the residents we were supporting were happy and relaxed throughout their stay and this was very much due to the staffing." Elidyr Community Trust, July 2023

"Staff were really accommodating and understanding. The trip was accessible to ALN pupils; accommodation changes, food cards, being understanding if we were late to an activity, staff were patient with our pupils." Cefn Hengoed Community School, January 2024

"As usual, the welcome and help from the staff at every level was exceptional. One pupil who attended had extra needs (cerebral palsy) and every member of staff went out of their way to be inclusive in all the activities. It is unfair to give attention to one particular member of staff, as all were so good, however the ski centre staff and quad biking staff were outstanding. Diolch" Ysgol Bryn Onnen, September 2023
