Connagh Howard was a big hit in the 2020 series of ITV2’s hit reality show ‘Love Island’. Connagh is a model, actor and TV presenter, born and bred in Cardiff. He is a fluent Welsh speaker and a professional personal trainer. Connagh, and his dad Wayne, are currently filming a new show for S4C ‘Cymru, Dad a Fi’. The show, from Cwmni Da, explores their family roots and the islands of Wales.
