£999 for Urdd members – if you're not a member yet, you can join online here. A deposit of £99 is required when booking, with a payment plan available over 10 months, or you can pay in full.

Sample Itinerary
Thursday
Travel – Depart in the morning from pick-up points across Wales. You’ll need food for the journey.
Ferry sails to France in the afternoon, then overnight coach travel to Lake Garda.
Friday
Arrive at the hotel: Hotel Gardesano – Hotel Lago di Garda – Bussolengo Verona by mid-afternoon and settle into rooms.
Remember to pack your swimwear and towel last so they’re easy to reach!
Free afternoon by the pool and on the sun loungers
Dinner at the hotel
Saturday
Gardaland
Breakfast, then straight to the theme park.
Spend the whole day enjoying one of Europe’s biggest leisure parks!

Sunday
Canevaworld, Aquapark, and Movieland
Endless water rides! Fast ones, slow ones—something for everyone.
Food packages provided.

Monday
Venice
Boat trip into San Marco, then a chance to hire a gondola, shop, and visit some of the city’s top attractions.
Return to the hotel late.
Tuesday
Visit the village of Malcesine and take the cable car to the top of Mount Balbo
Breakfast, then depart for the water park.
Dinner at the hotel.
Wednesday
Final day
Breakfast, pack the coach.
Chance to relax by the pool all day before heading home.
Depart around 16:30, begin travel home at 21:00
Thursday
Arrive back in Wales late.

FAQ
What documents are required?
You will need to bring a current passport and UKGHIC card; Urdd staff will take care of these during the trip. You can apply for a UKGHIC card here: www.ehic.org.uk
It will be necessary to ensure that access requirements are in accordance with the rules of the office abroad.
Do i need insurance?
Insurance is included in the tour price, but does not cover any pre-existing conditions.
How much spending money is needed?
We recommend bringing €100 and £60 for food. Money to spend on other things (gifts, photos) is up to you. Staff members will not take any responsibility for your child's money.
How are the rooms sorted?
When booking there is a form to be filled in to indicate who the friends are who are attending the trip, we will make every effort to ensure that everyone is happy with their rooms and who they are sharing with.
