Llanymddyfri, the home of the Urdd 2023 Eisteddfod, is a market town and community in Carmarthenshire. It lies on the river Tywi and at the junction of the A40 and A483 roads, about 25 miles north-east of Carmarthen, 27 miles north of Swansea and 21 miles west of Brecon.

Many visitors come to stay in Llandovery while enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Carmarthenshire which borders the town. Llandovery has gained recognition by 'Welcome to Walkers' which means that the town is an attractive location for walkers, with wonderful views.

The Eisteddfod offers a caravan & camp site on Y Tonn farm which is within walking distance of the Eisteddfod Maes.

To book a site you'll need to:

  1. Create an account on Y Porth (if you don't already have one)
  2. Choose the 'book a camping site at the Eisteddfod' option
  3. Create and complete a profile
  4. Choose 'Book a caravan o'r camp site' option
