Professionally, I have worked in health and fitness since 2009 and have worked successfully with hundreds of individuals helping them to learn about exercise and healthy and effective practices, which lead them to a long life, free from pain with the best possible health... from weight lifting, yoga, Pilates to nutrition.

Have a balance with the healthy thing; that is the trick. I believe in the basics and being consistent with this; will be to lose weight, have the best possible body and mental health and gain more energy from impact by making these choices.
