Beca Lyne-Pirkis has developed various and challenging recipes to cook for different ages and rounds of with the National Round competitions appearing in this order:

• Monday - Year 4,5 and 6 [Heats at 9am and 11:30am]
• Tuesday - Year 7,8 and 9 [Heats at 9am and 11:30 am]
• Wednesday - Year 10 to 19 [Heats at 11am]
• Thursday - 19 to 25 years [Final at 11am]
