Where can I find my child's membership number?

You need to login to the Porth and the number is on the Join/Renew and Pay page.

Is it possible to have more than one email address linked to an account?

Not at the moment.

The school registered my child, not me. How can I find their membership number?

You will have to ask the school for the number. You can transfer your child's membership to your profile so that you can see the details yourself and book their place on Urdd activities.
To do this, go to 'Request ownership of my child's membership' under the 'Parent/guardian' section in the Y Porth.

How do I change payment card details for a recurring payment (subscription) e.g. activities and sports clubs?

How do I know when the next payment for a trip or activity goes from my bank account?

Payment will be taken exactly one month after you’ve paid your deposit. Details of the payments and amounts are on your activity confirmation email.

How do I book an activity?

Go to the Porth and click on the links in the menu to book either a sports or youth and community activity.
