My name is Francesca Antoniazzi and 5 years ago I had an accident and broke my back. My life changed as of this moment. Before my accident I was very active and playing netball and going to the gym with me thinking I couldn't do this anymore. I was determined to live an independent life and get back to being active, so I took up Wheelchair basketball and Para Powerlifting and I went on to get a double gold medal in the Welsh Championships and Silver twice in the British Championships.  I also play Wheelchair basketball for North Wales and have recently been sounded to play for Cardiff.
