Volunteering - Urdd WRU 7s
Summary: The biggest 7s event in Wales, in partnership with the WRU. With over 400 teams competing across the week with 100 of them being girls’ teams. There will be a festival for special Educational Needs Schools included and Wheelchair rugby sessions for local Primary schools.
Date: TBC
Hours: 9am - 5pm (everyday)
Location: Pontcanna Fields
Roles and responsbilities:
- Help to manage a pitch
- Ensuring schools know where they need to be
- Organising score cards and giving them to the Senior Pitch Manager
- Branding in the morning, take down every night
- Help with the junior school's competition
- Helping out on the registration table
